  • An unboxing video (must show the sealed package, entire unboxing process without cuts, and item's condition)

  • Clear photos of the defect

📏 Exchange Options for Pakistan Customers

  • Online Purchases: Can be exchanged online or in-store with proof of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: Must include either the receipt or online order confirmation email.


âś… Size Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed.

  • You may exchange for a product of the same value (no refunds or vouchers).

  • If a discount was applied, the item will be exchanged at the discounted price.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • With tags intact

    • All included accessories (e.g., belts)

    • Odorless

  • Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer.

  • The entire exchange process may take 15–20 days.

    • Reason for exchange

  2. You’ll receive a coupon code for in-store exchange.


📦 For Other Cities in Pakistan

    • Your order number

    • Reason for exchange

  2. You will receive our return address.

  3. Send the item back in original packaging, with tag, and in unused condition.

  4. Don’t forget to mention:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Contact number on the return package.


🌍 For International Orders

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a size exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Shipping costs (both return and replacement)

  • Note: International purchases cannot be exchanged in-store.
