Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations – Al Harmain Closets

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?

📧 Email us at ordersalharmainclosets@gmail.com with:

  • An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and unboxing process

  • Clear pictures of the defect or damage

We’ll gladly refund your money or exchange the product, as you prefer.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. 💕

🕒 Kindly report the issue within 2 days of delivery to be eligible.

DEFECTED OR DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

  • Inspection: Please inspect your product upon arrival.

  • Reporting: Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items to ordersalharmainclosets@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • Must clearly show the sealed package

    • Record the entire unboxing process with no cuts or edits

    • Clearly show the item condition

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a refund or exchange—whichever you choose.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Refunds are not issued once an order is confirmed.

  • If you paid via Debit/Credit Card, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Instead of a refund, you'll receive a coupon of equal value (valid for 60 days on any future order from Al Harmain Closets).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

🌍 International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country

  • Timely customs clearance

    • Failure to clear customs may result in loss of parcel, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

👗 If you need a different size:

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact, and in unused condition

  • Delivery charges will apply for all exchanges

  • The full exchange process takes 15–20 days

📦 If you’re sending the item back:

  • You must pay the return shipping cost

  • No exchange or return is offered on sale items

📩 Contact us within 2 days of delivery for size exchange.

PROCESSING FEE FOR REFUNDS

For all approved refunds, an 8% processing fee will be deducted.
This fee covers transaction and handling costs.
